First off, lowball rule with riders might be good. 
Had I known that a lowball rule actually existed, I
might not have traded Idaho every yellow card I had
for all the nice ones.  I'm pretty sure I came in
second.

In both of these cases, knowing rules adds points.  I
think the more rules a person knows, the better off
they are already.  Why add?  Seems like it would be
harder to pull off a victory knowing fewer rules and
that should be rewarded.

Like, "Every rule you know subtracts 5 points."
