[haggis] relativity

Haggis 87 has increased the variety in the relativity
rules, but I think more needs to be done.

For example:

"A swift card is worth 5 more than a markball card"

You don't need to be a genius to figure out that
unless there's another way to make some serious points
on markball cards, no one will want them.

Right now in 87, there are at least two suits that say
"This suit is worth x more than the base suit." 

I also see very little card trading being done.  This
game is supposed to be about trading cards.
