Actually, I think I messed up the cards too.

Yes, but like I said before, it's far easier to make this a bonus rather than the basic value.

That could work.  Obviously, "most" is abusable.

I very much want to do this one too!  Negating the values on the rule #6 pass through would work.  That's a good idea.
