[DL] DA and SA my house rules version 1

Again I want to thank everyone that gave me their two cents. Don't stop. If
you have further comments keep going. This is version. 0.1 call it an
"Alpha."

The object of these house rules were
1) Not be to complicated.
2) Keep weapons ROF. I like this because it puts more lead into the area and
makes combat quicker.
3) Make the choice between SA and DA revolvers more of a dilemma. Make them
more equal and the choice of using one or the other just a preference.
4) Not screw up other weapons in the process of changing SA and DA rules.

So here they are....
Shootin' from the hip with repeating rifles.
Normal: Repeating rifles can shoot only one round per card with no
penalty.
House Rule: Repeating rifles, such as the Winchester, can shoot one
round per card with no penalty. However, they can now "shoot from the
hip." They can take two shots with one card, but each shot suffers a -2
penalty to hit.

Example: Ronan Lynch has his trusty Winchester rifle and is facing two
crazed injuns coming right at him. He decides to shoot from the hip with his
rifle. Normally he could only shoot one injun with a TN 5. However now he
can shoot one injun twice with a TN 7 on each shot or one injun with a TN 7
and the other injun with a TN 7

Fannin' lever action rifles.
Normal: Lever action rifles cannot fire more than one round per
card.
House Rule: Lever action rifles and shotguns, such as the
Winchester, can shoot several rounds per card. This is something like
fanning with a single-action pistol. The rifle suffers the same fannin'
penalties as the pistol. Note: This is very inaccurate fire.

Example: Ronan Lynch was able to get rid of the two injuns, but now a whole
herd of them is coming his way. Ronan grabs his trusty Winchester and
decides to put some lead in the air and "fan" it. He has a -2 penalty for
shootin' from the hip and a -2 penalty for fannin'. He makes one roll and
hits on a TN 9, 14, 19, and so on.

Weapons with a Rate of fire of two and Double Action Pistols.
Normal: Weapons can fire two shots per card with no penalty and each
shot is rolled for separately.
House Rule: Weapons with a rate of fire of two will now use the
automatic rules for firing more than one shot per card. A single shootin'
roll is made and the second shot hits on a raise. This is called "Double
Tappin'." Weapons with a rate of fire of two have the option of not
"double tappin'" and only firing one shot per card. Double-action
revolvers have an additional -1 to every double-tap roll, unless
specifically modified by a gunsmith.

Example: Ronan Lynch is back facing those two same injuns. He grabs his
trusty double-action colt peacemaker and decides to "double tap" in order to
hit each one once. He makes one shootin' roll and he hits on a 6 and 11,
