I've pretty much kept to the rules, as far as lever
action rifles and such.  The one House rule we have
made is to allow a speed loading roll to reload and
fire single shot rifles such as the Sharps Big 50. 
The TN is 5 to reload, and the shot suffers a -2
penalty.  Each raise on the speed load roll reduces
the penalty by 1 , so 2 raises (a roll of 15 with no
other modifiers) reduces the penalty to 0.  And no,
there are no bonuses for more raises on that roll.
