In addition I am thinking and toying with the idea of allowing the SA to fire two shots per card with a -2 “shootin’ from the hip” penalty. If I do not do that then I am also thinking of getting rid of the “shootin from the hip” penalty on fannin’ rifles. This would mean they, like the SA have, have only a -2 penalty to fan.
