[DL] Timing of written adventures (Spoilers)

I have a question, my game has been going for a while now, I'm into August 1877, and I'm getting
Independence Day, and want to run Ghost Busters and Dead Presidents.  Now, there are Nationwide
events that take place during these last 2, and I am wondering how all important the timing of all
these different eventsreally is, in the overall scheme.  Like Robert E Lee and Jefferson Davis'
deaths, and Lincoln going nuts.  Obvioulely, Independence Day takes place arounf July 4th, but
does the year matter?  And what about Perditions Daughter?  I've heard it is set at Christmas
1875, is that true? and is that key to the meta plot?  I am working in elements of the Reckoners
and the Rail Wars slowly.  The posse has gotten tied into the Rail Wars twice and doesn't realize
it.  But soon...
