I have "...And a 10 foot pole" and it is an excellent resource for all those
odds and ends. Very, very, very thorough and dense just like you would
expect from ICE. I never remember I have it when I need it though so I
always just end up guestimating. :)

Another good resource, I've been told (haven't picked it up yet, but keep
meaning to) is the book "...And a 10 foot pole" published by Iron Crown
Enterprises - it's available from www.rpgshop.com for $25. it's got fairly
comprehensive lists of stuff from all eras from stone age to modern.
Every time I see it in a store, I don't have the cash. When I have the
cash, I forget to order the darn thing.
