Both "...And a 10 foot pole" and the Knuckleduster
book are great!  You can also find several writer's
guides to the period which contain price lists.

If anyone's interested, I have a .pdf of our posse's
gear list.  It contains both all the published prices
in Pinnacle books and sections on S&R, augmentation,
and Dr. Z's catalog.
