RE: [DL] Thoughts on Old Pete {Spoilers}

No disrespect to the author was intended. If it was perceived, I apologize.
My personal opinion was that Stone should have had more attacks at higher
bonuses in addition to damage reduction. The fact was that the average
player im my party had more going for them statwise than the book gave to
Stone. Also, I am not anti-D20. D20 allows for an infinate number of
crossovers. I am sorry to all those I have offended with my debate on Stone.

But killing off Stone... *mumbles*
And I thought I disliked the D20 version before this
thread....

Actually the D20 version of way of the dead does not stat
Stone and I am surprised at your lack of respect in assuming
that Mr. Jandt(a very fine author indeed) would just throw
some stats on him so people could kill him. The only thing
that is offered is a rough rundown of his to hit and damage
rolls and an idea about his AC, and that he has all harrowed
powers. This in no way should be demeaning to you or any of
the anti-d20 coalition. If this marshal statted Stone then he
did so on his own, all Way of the Dead did was tell you how
much Stone can mess up your party. Please in the future do
check your sources before you blame an entire system for your
unhappiness with a thread.
