Well - since you've got your wallet open - here's a couple of resources I
like :-)
Knuckleduster Firearms book
Reprint of the 1897 Sears and Roebuck catalog (excellent for item prices
and to see just what was available near the right time frame)
Eric Hotz's Whitewash city - cardboard templates of common old west
buildings and well researched out.
And, of course, the Time Life Old West books.
