Really? So there isn't one hex you'd like to cast with no chance of
backlash?
Consider this. Take as your Tempest ability the hex that provides automatic
raises on another roll. Now you can spend a chip and get *automatic* raises
on your Hexslinging roll. Heck you can get automatic raises on any roll you
make. That might be pretty useful. ;-)
