Institute a chip system where food brought to be shared = fate chips.

I'm not kidding.

I did it for when it was my turn at running the Sunday night DnD game and 
needless to say the caloric intake was ludicrous.

When the night came for the climatic battle,the amount of junk food took up 
the entire side of a ping-pong table - long side.  It was a gamer buffet.

There are only 7 people in this gaming group.
