This kind of thing happens all the time, and yes, it's very frustrating. The Player's Guide is in print and well-stocked at every major distributor out there.

When these kinds of things happen, if you can get me the name of the store, a phone number, and the name of the person who told you it was OP, I can usually get things fixed.
