Over the years I've heard a few good'uns at the game table but this one
really stands out. The posse was throwing down with a horde of walking dead.
One of the new guys, who'd rp'd before but never played Deadlands liked,
make that loved to shoot into melee. Well, after accidentally hitting the
flamethrower toting Mad Scientist for like the 4th time in a row the player
running the MS finally had enough. He announced the MS rips the hose out of
the flamethrowers hopper and while the flammable liquid gushed out and
pooled at his feet he calmly took out his lighter. Then the MS player stood
up pointed a finger into the offending player's face and screamed "If you
don't stop f@$*ing shooting me I'm gonna kill us all!". Not all that clever
but he made his point, the player only shot into melee one more time before
he got dragged down by a whole passle of brain-hungry deaduns I'd been
holding in reserve.
