Hmm...has to be the time the Fire and Brimstone preacher (who can't hit the broad side of a mojave rattler, mind you) entered a gun dual with a hot headed teenager who offended the honor of a young lady, rolled massively well on his Shootin' (2d4) while his opponent botched big time. Although aiming to kill, the subsequent hit location wasn't so good...the right hand. The player recovered nicely with the following classic:
"<Ahem> Your lucky I don't believe in killin'."
