I found that table to be so weak, it ain't even funny. Granted, it's a little worse that the regular veteran table, but not by much. I don't think it balances enough to allow a character to have 10 extra points and be 200+ years old. Actually I don't allow anyone to use it in my campaigns. As a house rule, no ones starting character is allowed to have more than 20 years of "adventure" experience. The only exception I have is a Harrowed who has been locked in a tomb since 1882 and was finally released in 2092, but he doesn't have tons of experience.
