Let's say a character's Knowledge is currently only
1d4, and he's pretty darn interested in learning more.

The player would like to up his Knowledge in the die
type, and has enough bounty points to do it. 

Since skill points are based on the total of
Cognition, Smarts and Knowledge. If he ups his
Knowledge to 1d6 does he get two more skill points to spend?
