         That's Goal #1 for PEG. As if the zombies and steampunk devices 
didn't already tip you off that verisimilitude is a bit lower on the list

         Nope, it's strictly a cover.

         Not quite true; a character has to Vamoose or else have a cheat 
card to use No-Sell.

         No-Sell involves rolling with the punch, among other things. It 
may not be as cool as a Stunner, but it definitely involves "actively doing 
something."
