Hey gang,

There were some good points raised up to now. I just have this to add. If
you let this guy in your game, what does the rest of the posse get to do?

Player 1: "What's that over yonder?"

G.M.: "The Rail Baron Kang, three dozen members of the Foot Clan Triad, four
steam wagons and a Mojave rattler. The rattler looks hungry. Doing
anything?"

Player 1: "Charge!"

Player 2: "I look for rabbit for dinner."

Player 3: "I'll help. It'll need skinning."

Player 4: "I loot the bodies."

Etc. Etc. Etc. But I will second the notion that a renegade Agent would make
a dandy villian.
