Well, in the end the call is up to the Marshall, but there are some
things that are ruled out simply by their very nature, at least in my
game:

These can't exist:

Shaman/Mad Scientist is right out, even if you aren't with the Old Ways.
Shaman/Blessed or Shaman/Voodoo or Blessed/Voodoo, they're all different
forms of faith, and thus preclude each other for the most part.

Some Common good combinations include:

Martial Artist/Blessed (Eastern religions, duh!)
Mad Scientist/Huckster

Hey,

Does anyone know of a definite ruling with regards to
one character having two Arcane Backgrounds? I'm very
well aware of the Huckster/Mad Scientist combo with Thaumaturgical
Diffusion, but I was wondering about others. I can easily imagine a
Blessed Mad Scientist (although he'd be more gnostic rather than
revelatory)!

Any help?
