[DL] Multiple Arcane Backgrounds

Hey,

Does anyone know of a definite ruling with regards to
one character having two Arcane Backgrounds? I'm very
well aware of the Huckster/Mad Scientist combo with
Thaumaturgical Diffusion, but I was wondering about
others. I can easily imagine a Blessed Mad Scientist
(although he'd be more gnostic rather than
revelatory)!

Any help?
