[DL] Color of dice

Hi all!
I know this has been posted in the big dice-o'-rama thread, 
but i can't find it anymore: what was the original colors 
of the first some d&d dice?
Someone said something funny like "not to forget, the 
caltrops, my mother's favorites to step on". I kept that 
mail but my mail provider had some problems.
