I've ran Nighttrain twice now...I co-Marshalled it
with Dirk the second time.

The first time, the Posse didn't have a clue, and they
actually holed up in town and defended the jail from
the beasts.  (They thought that Kaggs??? was in on it
somehow.)  Gotta love them red herrings.
