Page 129 - under Vamoosin'.
In my opinion Dodge was always pretty weak - having to match what the 
person rolled to hit you at the sacrifice of an action seems - rather 
difficult.  My players usually just chipped off the damage and then took 
their action to attempt to drop the bad guy, or at least inflict wound 
penalties.

If a player has any points in a language skill, I give 'em basic 
communication for free.  If they have 2 points they are fluent and 3 points 
they have an extensive vocabulary, etc. etc.
I usually only request rolls when someone is trying to communicate 
something very difficult (above his language "level" as it were) or if they 
were trying to deal with a thick "accent".
