RE: [DL] Dealing With Wind

Heh, I've got a player who's d6s do that. I have him roll wind that I do to
him -- he's knocked himself senseless more than once when I've caused very
little damage! Heh heh!

Actually, I have players roll their own wind all the time. I tell 'em that
I did, say, three wounds, and they toss me chips and roll wind/stun if
there's any wounds left. In the mean time I'm working on my next attacker.

For wounds that the posse does to my NPCs, they also roll the wind they
think they would do, assuming they've gotten the wounds caused correct. I
either ignore (rarely), adjust, or reroll it (especially if I've actually
spent chips, need new wind total for new number of wounds).

And for stun checks for NPCs, again I toss some dice around behind the
screen, then decide if the NPC is stunned based on dramatic considerations
rather than the actual die roll compared to wound levels.
