[DL] Ghost rock smoke

Does ghost rock smoke _really_ look like it does in so many Deadlands
illustrations, with skulls visible clear as day within it? I find it
hard to believe that a sight like that wouldn't require a Guts check,
and that people would have anything to do with ghost rock-powered
gadgetry because of it.

Now, I just this very evening noticed the far more subtle faces in the
ghost rock smoke spewing from the sinking Confederate steamer on the
cover of The Great Maze boxed set. THAT I can believe. The faces are
there, but only if you really look for them. Whole crowds of people
wouldn't be pointing at that and screaming, "Omigod! SKULLS!!"
