Give me about a week to work on this one and I'll see
what I can come up with. Parania to the people! 

As an aside, I would like to set up a Caiman City PBEM
where we can see how some of these ideas play out. I
would invite Arne to be at least an advisor if not a
player or even co-gm. I would also invite everyone
else to sign on as well, especially Jennifer and Theo.
If all goes well we could even have more than one game
going on! It will be cool so send me your stuff today.
