If we let Theo and Zalonef rant on, Matt will have to hurry to get
Crossroads published. Otherwise it seems to me, those two will rather
publish their own version first >:).

Which means, those explanations make a lot of sense and bear a lot of
gaming potential.

Does anybody want to evolve on that?

ps: Some of you were right (about the number of Deltas in Caiman
City): There is an old military "depot" in the swamps in the
backswamps near CaC. Interestingly enough, it is still guarded,
although its supposed to be closed for decades now. And recently a
high ranking visitor (commander?) has been spotted: General Oliver
North. Does this move any of your brain electrons? If yes, please spin
the yarn...
