[BNW] A Caiman City character

Okay here is a character for you guys. He is the start
of a Neo-Nazi delta group based in Caimen City. I
would appreciate others submiting characters for the
group too so it becomes more realisticly randomized.

Real Name:    Charles Banbridge           Code Name:

Origin:  Charles was an army weapon specialist
stationed at the Anniston Depot in Anniston Alabama.
During the routine transfer of weapons to another
facility his truck rolled, exposing Charles to a
lethal mix of toxic chemicals. However Charles
discovered that instead of dying his body metabilized
the chemicals and he awakened as a gasser. 

Charles was a member of a neo-Nazi group called the
Sons of Odin. Based out of Caiman City, the group was
interested in recruiting deltas to their cause.
Charles became the first delta to officially align
himself with them but there will surely be more that
follow.
