the way I read DP was that it takes one hour of maintance per device, so
convievably one gadgeteer could maintain 5 suits with 5 hours of work per day.
Furthermore, I suspect in practice Matt is going to have a referburshing squad
that circulates as well (when emergancies arise and suit fall into disrepair).
