I wouldn't think so. It says that until the hero gets killed he/she is like
a normal human. So of course the hero could heal in the normal way, ie.
bedrest for a day and then rolling.

I would probably give the rat the ability to inflict 1-3 points of damage,
or something like their strength, 1d6 -3. A rat by itself is not too much
of a threat, but a pack of rats may be a danger. I'm not too sure what I'd
do with diseases. When you get Evil Unlimited, you will have the stats for
a "poisoner". You might consider doing something like a toned down version
of the poison rules.

I don't find this package too strong. For one thing, the different power
packages are...well...different. Some do seem more powerful than others.
And that's ok. Nothing says that they have to be completely equal. They
all have their uses. And if you wanted to, you could customize even a
"forger" to be pretty tough. I think the "stretch's" armor has sufficient
weaknesses to balance their other powers. A common attack in this game is a
gunshot, and the armor is 10 against that.

Our group is still pretty much against this power package. It is an
interesting power to read about, but we feel it would be too much of a pain
to play in the game. It seems there is potential for a lot of unfun things
to happen during play if this power were to be used. One of this games
driving concept has been simplicity, which is one reason we like it, and
this power package passes up that point of simplicity.

Good luck to you. A friend of mine won E.U. at Egyptian Campaign and he
gave it to me. It was much appreciated.
