Greetings Cameron,

   Welcome to the List.

   Personally I would say no for the simple reason that to me when a watcher uses his power anything inbetween him and what he is looking at is ghostlike (you know it's there but unless you focus on it you can't really see it) so the sight would be useless as it's image would not be there.  Also, this stops abuses of Microwave Vision which as someone pointed out is very nasty when combined with the extra damage trick.

<< Gudday ! As my first post, be gentle.  Could a delta primer watcher use his delta vision ability AND a telescopic sight ? Because if he could, combine that with a blaster or high powered rifle and you have the ultimate in snipers. Deadly to defiance members who 
like seige situations huh?
