[BNW] delta prime watchers
Gudday ! As my first post, be gentle.
Could a delta primer watcher use his delta vision ability AND a telescopic
sight ? Because if he could, combine that with a blaster or high powered
rifle and you have the ultimate in snipers. Deadly to defiance members who
like seige situations huh?
