I have to say that I agree (both to the welcome and the answer). Delta
powers seem to be very personal -- you can't use them through technological
enhancements, with no exceptions that I can think of. You can come up with
a myriad of reasons for this that are setting related (you'd be making them
up based on observations, b/c we haven't been told anything "official" in
the books), but it also keeps the powers in line. You aren't just picking
up a piece of easily available hardware and overcoming your delta
limitations just like that.
However, get a Gadgeteer into the works and that all goes out the
window. That's what they're for, after all.
And if you think this is all poppycock and think it is cool for your game,
then by all means, go ahead and do it. Whatever works for your game is the
only rule you need to follow.
