The Bouncer package was (IMHO) a terribly named package.  It is a
super-athlete like Spiderman or Daredevil.
You'll notice there aren't any improved jumping ability or bounce
powers.  Only enhanced strength, speed and some acrobatic-style tricks.

When I first looked over the power lists I actually wondered why they
put in a "bouncing" power in the first rulebook.  It wasn't until I sat
down and read the description that I realized it was the super-athlete
type of package...
