[BNW] Alternate MOs for PP

When I was making up my Pyro alternate for a Hot Shot my friend pointed
out that they had a Hot Shot in "The Ripper" that shot fire out of her
hands instead of her mouth. I think this is just another way of doing the
same thing (kinda like the eye-beams blaster). BNW doesn't generally worry
about the little things like where the fire comes from, near as I can
tell, just as long as the game mechanic is set and consistent:

Player: "Oh, her hands are tied? Then I'll just shot the fire out of my
mouth."
Guide: "Get out of my sight."
Theo: "Hey! Did you see that little MUNCHKIN run through the room?"
Bob: "Yeah, and he was covered with CHEESE!"
