Are those all the types that have been referenced and not shown to 
us?  (So far...)

BTW, as a curiousity, the char Tonya Shapiro in the Ripper Adventure 
(not really a spoiler) is said to have shot fire from her hands.  Is 
she a Blaster?  I don't see them as shooting fire, per se, 
myself...alhtough energy, fire, what' the difference.  The only one 
that does shoot fire is a Hot Shot, and it isn't coming from their 
hands...

It's not that big a question, but I was wondering.
