Actually, while I play it this way (loose and fast with the 
definition), I never quite got the impression that BNW as written 
took into account these assumptions.  If you shoot blasts from your 
hands, then you shoot from your hands, not your eyes or whatever. 
(The way I run it, you can define your char differently than as 
written, but you can't do anything like your example ;) ).

I'm not saying that Matt would frown upon the Blaster from the eyes, 
or the Hot Shot from the hands, or whatever, just that as written I 
get the impression that the world doesn't quite work that way.

Not that I let it stop me, of course. :)
