[BNW] FAQ Update

Now that I'm past the initial set-up, I've gone back and improved a few 
other things on the FAQ.

Basically, I've removed several entries and replaced them with Matt's 
best-and-final answers as they appeared in the Defiance SB. Some were not 
there at all, and some existed in the FAQ as what Matt had originally 
answered on the list, rather then his best-and-final.

I still can't do feasible frames in Geocities - the pop-up bar and/or 
required banner still messes up the smaller frame.  If someone knows of way 
to make frames work and not be intensely annoying (i.e., get a couple of 
dozen Geocity popup screens every time you access a link), let me know.
