Wasn't mine. It's an interesting power, but I wouldn't use it in my
game. Just my personal preference. It just doesn't strike me as
fitting the BNW setting (as I see it--I know my setting is somewhat
different from canon, although I've tried to take what I thought was
the important essence of the setting and chuck out all that silly
dimensional stuff).
(Additionally, I tend to avoid anything that becomes complicated,
requires lots of book-keeping, and/or may cause players to not have
fun. I see this as ending up either as deus ex machina in that they
get the power they need for that scenario or potentially
boring--cycle through the same powers or get something useless like
our old buddy the Translator and thus can't quite contribute).
But then, I never liked Wildcards much, even though I always felt I
should. I just found them dull reading--so this power doesn't
resonate with me for the reason it might with other people.
Don't forget that this is my own feelings--obviously, other people
like it and want to use it. I don't mean any offense to the package
designer.
