Typhoid Croyd is a Joker (or Ace depending on your opinion) from Wild Cards. 
after he slept (more like hibernation), he awoke with a different set of
powers.  He was originally known as the Sleeper.  It also turned out that he
was the only ACTIVE carrier of the Wild Card Virus (a al Typhoid Mary).  Look
like your power package was a blind-shot bulls eye.
