[BNW] Regs as Characters
How would you develop a PC or extra who is a Reg? I
want to use a Punisher-like character with a mad on
for Defiance in my campaign but I'm not sure how to
develop him. I would also like to use a Batman-like
character so how would you work an experienced character?
