Hmm, I just never really looked at it much, but I thought it was a quirk
that was always in effect. So it works just like NVG's (night vision
goggles) correct? Meaning that normal daylight is too bright (never turn on
NVG's in daylight, well that's what the instructions say anyway). So even a
flashlight would blind him for a phase as he switches off his night vision.
Unless it is not quite as sensitive as NVG's.
