Re: [BNW] Dampening field question
My guess is the dampening device generates it's field in a series of ripples
like a pebble in a lake, with the device itself located in the center. Which
would mean the closer you get to the core, the less powerful a delta (or alpha)
would become until they're powerless. Since prisons are generally confined areas
to begin with, the deltas contained would be located in the central to outer
rings of the ripple effect. It's a theory anyway, one that's tiding me over
until the Gadgeteers sourcebook. . .hint, hint, Matt. ;)
