In theory he should be the same weight so there would
be a problem with other characters carrying him (he
couldn't easily hide in someone's pocket without
damaging their outfit). As for falling, all objects
drop at the same rate: 9.8m/s^2 is the law. Someone
normal sized jumping down 4 feet and someone 6 inches
tall jumping down 4 feet move at the same speed and so
no ill affects would befall the shrunken fellow. Now
if you wanted to get picky with physics F=MA (force =
mass x accelleration). The mass and accelleration
remain constant, so the force is constant. The area
the force is applied to though is smaller for the
smaller fellow, so while a regular person would bounce
on a trampolean, the shrunken guy might tear through
it. As for game mechanics, the characters should have
a hard enough time as is without their powers
constantly hampering them. Bend the laws of physics
as needed, but not to their disadvantage.
