[BNW] Shrinker

Don't know if this has been covered before, so apologies...

Reading the power packages in Ravaged Planet, I noticed something odd:
In the list of Shrinker powers (p 126), Armour is described:
"As the hero gets smaller, his flesh and bones get denser." The Shrinker
also keeps his full strength at an inch in height. Judging by this, would it
be reasonable to assume that he would retain his full mass / weight at a
much higher density?

For example, a 75 kilo / 12 stone Shrinker would weigh the same at 6 feet or
1 inch.

This could present some interesting problems and situations:
Reaching terminal velocity by falling more than a few feet
Being used as a projectile weapon by a Goliath
Some serious 'Tom & Jerry' scenes (Remember that little grey mouse - Jerry's
nephew, wasn't it?)
