Nope... you are missing a point.  True, he cannot be killed of kinetic
damage... radiation, poison(liquid or gas), or damage done _after_ he is
unconscious, or while he is snuffed can kill him.  You just can't
overkill... you have to knock him out first.  (It's in there!  I read it!)
