Re: [BNW] Bomber, cool or stupid?

Mike makes a point that everyone seems to be missing: the Bomber can die of
old age but CANNOT be killed.

When a limb goes boom, it grows back in an hour. I would think the limb
just regrows from the stump and we don't worry about the molecule thing,
except . . .

When the head or torso goes boom, it starts a chain reaction where the
entire body follows - there is NOTHING left - until the Bomber regenerates
everything back in an hour. It's got to be from the molecules 'cause there
isn't anything left to regrow from.

This whole thing reminds me of the ST:TNG episode where Captain Picard was
beamed out into space with no destination other than 'wide spread'. While
this should have killed him, he is Picard so he managed to move all of his
molecules/particles back into the ship and the computer system by sheer
force of will, where the crew locked onto them and reformed him in the
transporter. One of the dumbest things I ever saw on the show (outside of
the video game episode). Unfortunately, this is what I think of when I
think of the Bomber.

And is 'can't be killed' walking the line of an Alpha power?

Howie votes 'Thumbs Down' on this one. Sorry, Matt.
