    You make a couple good points here about how the power should work, but it's
the above that gets me the most.  Where's the fun in playing a package that you
have to use so sparingly?  During a battle, the Blasters are going to town
shooting at everything, the Flyers are zipping all over the place, the
Teleporters are popping in and out, and there's the Bomber, dinking away at
folks with his Colt 2000, waiting for the _possibility_ that he'll get to use
his power before the rest of the team take out the bad guys.  All I'm saying is
that I'd want to play a character whose powers I can actually use without
seriously hindering my movement or manual dexterity. ;-)
